High industry standard accreditation for PANDUIT™ solutions wins shipbuilding contracts
14 May 2007, London-UK. PANDUIT™is winning major contracts to supply solutions for shipbuilding projects in part due to the raft of industry accreditations.
Key PANDUIT products used in shipbuilding hold the following industry accreditions: ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) for stainless steel cable ties and power connectors, B.V. (Bureau Veritas) for nylon and steel cable ties, D.N.V. (Det Norske Veritas) for nylon ties and accessories and stainless steel cable ties, Germanischer Lloyd and Lloyds Register of Shipping for stainless steel cable ties and Registro Italiano Navale for nylon and steel cable ties and steel strapping. Many PANDUIT products also carry C.S.A. (Canadian Standard Association) and UL (Underwriters Laboratories) approval.
