of a cabinet or the accessibility and cable management of an open
rack. The new PANDUIT™ NET-ACCESS™ Cabinet
manages, protects and showcases networks by combining the best features
of a cabinet with those of an open rack.
The NET-ACCESS™ Cabinet provides enhanced accessibility
to the cable pathway and improves thermal management by controlling
airflow to the network equipment. Its modular design guarantees
maximum flexibility and greater uptime during moves, adds and changes.
An innovative dual-hinging cabinet door provides unobstructed access
to network cables and equipment – access to both cabinets
simultaneously is gained by the adjacent cabinet doors which open
to the left or right. These cabinets have been designed to optimise
the thermal performance of network switches requiring side-to-side
airflow: the industry recommended 15.5cm clearance exists between
equipment and cabinet walls because the cables are properly routed
away from ventilation pathways. Door perforations are optimised
allowing unobstructed ventilation paths to provide maximum airflow
to equipment. The cabinets are fully electronically earthed, protecting
your system and your network personnel.
