INTERKAB demonstrates unique technical capability for Special Cables on National Grid Transco compressor stations

INTERKAB recently delivered approximately 8,500 metres of bespoke fire cables for two compressor station projects in the UK, at Churchover and Felindre for National Grid Transco.  Our client required a bespoke assembly of multi-pair configuration fire alarm cables for a unique application.  ICM liaised with a manufacturer to put forward a suitable assembly according to the required specifications and once approved project managed the testing, inspection and certification of the new cables at the manufacturer’s facility.  Expediting the order took just 4 weeks including manufacture and delivery to site, once again strengthening ICM’ unique capability for special products and fast delivery times.
